Campfire Circle Guelph (formerly Guelph for Ooch) is a student-run club in support of Campfire Circle (formerly Camp Ooch & Camp Trillium), a nonprofit organization that delivers camp-inspired programs to kids and families affected by childhood cancer. Campfire Circle strives to reach as many kids and families as possible through free, year-round programs in-hospital, at overnight camp, and in various communities across Ontario.
We support Campfire Circle by raising funds and spreading awareness, which we accomplish by hosting events throughout the school year. As a team, we believe in the magic of camp, and we are committed to supporting Campfire Circle in their mission of helping kids, just be kids.
Healing through happiness at Campfire Circle
Campfire Circle has offered healing through happiness for thousands of kids and families affected by childhood cancer since 1983. It’s where kids can be kids, and families can be families—engaging in camp-inspired community, in-hospital, and overnight camp programs, at no cost to them. As a privately funded organization, Campfire Circle makes thousands of life-changing experiences possible for Campers throughout the year, all across Ontario.
