Marie-Claire, Christine, and I want to thank you personally for your generous gift to Campfire Circle in honour of Tim. We'll mourn his passing, but it provided a wonderful time to celebrate his life with friends and family, which was as he wished!
As you may know, Tim and I have cycled many hundreds of kilometres together for these camps, even visited once or twice while on our charity rides. So we've personally seen how your donation actually does put a support structure around these children so they can enjoy their daily lives and feel loved and empowered to dream of defeating their disease.
I speak for the whole family when I say we're deeply grateful.

Over eight years, Tim and I (Andrew) cycled to raise funds to send kids who were battling cancer to Camps Oochigeas and Trillium.
We had the enormous priveledge of meeting some of these beautiful, brave, and inspiring children and their families, hear their stories of struggle, success, and sometimes loss. Counterintuitively they made US feel loved, even though we thought we were there for them.
In the last weeks of his life, Dad asked me to see about raising some funds one last time on his behalf for these children. He said it was one of the great honours of his life to be able to make a small contribution through his riding. So please accept our thanks from our entire family for your donation.
