When a child is diagnosed with cancer or serious illness, childhood is put on hold. School and birthday parties are replaced with hospital stays and isolation. 

For 42 years, Campfire Circle has brought joy, friendship, and healing to thousands of kids and families through our programs in hospitals, local communities, and at our medically supported overnight camps. Now, our paediatric partners are calling on us to do more for the more than 40,000 kids in Ontario living with serious illness, many without access to the psychosocial support they desperately need. 

We have a bold vision: to grow to serve 10,000 campers a year. But we can’t transform the lives of thousands of kids with serious illness without the support of our community.
