When are the routes and wineries announced?

Final route and wineries will be announced in the early Spring of 2024. You can participate in a 100KM or 50KM route.

Is there a registration fee for this event? 

1. Early-Bird Registration - $250
2. Regular Registration - $300 
3. Dinner without the ride - $150 

What’s included in my registration fee?

  • Entry into event
  • Event jersey
  • Hydration and nutrition stops on route
  • Lunch & Dinner
  • Wine tastings post-ride
  • Concert admission

Will there be wine samples during the ride?

No, due to the safety of all participants, alcohol will only be permitted to consume after the duration of your ride.

Do I need to fundraise?

Tour d’Epicure is a fundraising event to support healing through happiness to kids affected by childhood cancer or serious illness and their families. There is a fundraising minimum of $600 per rider.

Do we receive jersey or bib shorts as part of this ride?

Yes. Jersey will be included with registration.

Bibs will be provided as riders hit the $1500 fundraising milstone.

My jersey doesn't fit, can I exchange it?

Yes, as long as sizes are still available we will do our best to exchange your jersey. Please keep all the labels attached to your original items if possible. Used items will not be exchanged.

Do I need to wear a helmet?

Yes, because safety is #1 helmets are mandatory for all our events.

How do donors receive their tax receipts?

Donors who give through online donations receive an email with their tax receipt automatically after completing their donation. Donors who make a donation via cash/cheque will receive an emailed or mailed tax receipt in the weeks after their donation is received by Campfire Circle.

What is the age requirement for riders?

Our minimum age is 19 for cyclists and volunteers.
